Management Trainee
in Kraków for the future position of Language Center Director.
Currently, we are seeking a Management Trainee who wishes to further move into a position of responsibility within our organization. Through a formal and on-the-job training the management trainee will gain a core understanding of our Berlitz programs, master Berlitz sales techniques and become familiar with our Language center operations. Successful completion of the Management Trainee learning cycle will result in a permanent assignment to a sales or management position in Kraków.
Berlitz will provide you with all the training and support necessary to succeed, however, you must be prepared that within 3 months approximately 70% of your time will be spent directly in the area of sales and building the business - making individual sales calls to corporations, interviewing prospective learners, and following up with existing clients/learners.
Candidate Requirements
- Well educated - higher education
- Mature
- Speak good English, excellent Polish in speaking and writing
- Proven ability to achieve set targets
- Self-Starter with entrepreneur spirit and strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including day, evening, and weekend when required
